anyone wanna split rent with me??

cant remember if i wrote a journal on my situation before but pretty much my roommate left me a day before rent about 2 months ago and well... ive been struggling to get money for rent and still pay for medical bills (minor bills but still not fun) and food.
i know its unlikely il find a roommate through FA/DA but i thought i would give it a shot since i would prefer someone who was in the furry fandom. anytime i have to have a guest over or someone who wants to view the the apt who isnt familiar with the fandom or at least doesn't have a very good perspective on it i feel it kinda weirds them out and its making it hard for me to find a roommate to make rent more affordable....ive considered a part time job but in all reality i dont have time for it with all the commissions i currently have.

so im renting my apt and at the moment i have over $945 in bills each month from rent, utility bills, credit cards  and a number of other expenses and its been way too much for me to handle with auctions going way bellow average in sales.

the apt is located in downtown manchester NH walking distance to all the colleges in that area and elm st with many diners, restaurants, pastry and coffee shops. a CVS and RightAid pharmacy at walking distance. the mall is also very close by car or bus. also about a 10 min to the river! (i love that spot so much during the winter )

im offering rent at $355 +$35 for water and electric . i pay inrtnet and heat is already included in rent.
this is for a STUDIO apt. it is not a 1 bedroom. (1beds have living rooms) its more like a dorm room or a LARGE living living room. its a really neat apt though. even thought its small i have enough wall space for a whole nother apartment lol. its got 12ft ceilings all the way to the kitchen and very long tall arched windows along back wall of the apt.
i currently have a bunk bed but if necessary i would not mind switching to regular beds since the whole other half of my apt is practically empty. i love floor space so i made sure to pack all my fursuit supplies in 2 small corners beside the bunk. i have a free desk and plastic shelf that my previous roommate used that can be used for whoever decides to take up this offer ;v;
